2024: Disability & the Law

This Symposium brought together legal scholars from across the country to explore and discuss powerful and complex dynamics in the relationship between law and disability. Symposium contributors presented unique panels on disability-centered topics ranging from custody presumptions to affirmative action to corporal punishment in schools and beyond. Keep an eye out for the published issue that will be coming out in summer of 2025.
